Our Founder
Alfonso Quality Consulting was founded by Roger Alfonso, a manufacturing quality professional with nearly two decades of experience working across multiple industries and quality disciplines.

Roger’s journey into manufacturing began at the age of 17 during a summer position at a startup medical device manufacturer. What began as an early exposure to manufacturing quickly developed into a long-term career built around quality systems, process improvement, and operational excellence.
​
Over the years, Roger has worked alongside a wide range of organizations, from small entrepreneurial manufacturers to highly regulated aerospace and medical device companies. Through these experiences, he developed a deep understanding of the real challenges companies face when building quality systems, managing suppliers, and preparing for certification.

Recognizing that many small and mid-sized manufacturers struggle to access experienced quality leadership, Roger founded AQC with a simple mission:
